A walk-off left Marauders on the wrong end of a 6-5 defeat to Lakeville on Monday. The game was tied at five with Lakeville batting in the bottom of the seventh when Tucker singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run.
Kaitlyn Fry took the loss for the Marauders. The righty lasted six innings, allowing 12 hits and six runs while striking out four and walking one.
Marauders tallied one home run on the day. Ashland Particka went deep in the third inning.
Marauders tallied seven hits. Particka and Alexis Hart-Butcher each managed multiple hits for Marauders. Particka went 3-for-4 at the plate to lead Marauders in hits.
