Marauders defeated Carson City-Crystal Varsity Eagles 14-3 on Wednesday thanks to ten runs in the fourth inning. Ashland Particka, Olivia Burt, Maddisyn Miller, Kaitlyn Fry, Karigann Cuthbert, and Zoe Baiz all contributed in the big inning with RBIs. 

Marauders got things moving in the first inning, when Burt singled on a 3-1 count, scoring two runs. 

Marauders tallied ten runs in the fourth inning. Marauders big bats were led by Particka, Burt, Miller, Fry, Cuthbert, and Baiz, all driving in runs in the frame. 

Fry was credited with the victory for the Marauders. Fry allowed seven hits and three runs over five innings, striking out four. 

Haeven Clark took the loss for the Carson City-Crystal Varsity Eagles. The righthander went three innings, allowing 11 runs on six hits and striking out two. 

Marauders smacked one home run on the day. Fry had a dinger in the fourth inning. 

Marauders collected eight hits on the day. Fry, Miller, and Burt each collected multiple hits for Marauders. Burt, Miller, and Fry each collected two hits to lead Marauders.
