Olivia Burt got busy on the basepaths on Friday, knocking four hits in Marauders's 17-6 victory over Perry Varsity Ramblers. Burt doubled in the first, doubled in the first, doubled in the second, singled in the fourth, and singled in the fifth. 

Both offenses were strong at the plate as Marauders collected 13 hits and Perry Varsity Ramblers five in the high-scoring affair. 

Marauders got on the board in the first inning when Ashland Particka singled on a 2-2 count, scoring one run. 

Marauders notched seven runs in the fifth inning. Allyson Pokorny, Karigann Cuthbert, Burt, Kaitlyn Fry, and Pokorny each had RBIs in the big inning. 

Burt was the winning pitcher for Marauders. The pitcher went four and a third innings, allowing three runs on three hits and striking out eight. Gracie Schultz the two-thirds of an inning in relief out of the bullpen. 

Marauders tallied 13 hits. Burt, Pokorny, Zoe Baiz, and Particka all managed multiple hits for Marauders. Burt went 4-for-4 at the plate to lead Marauders in hits.
