OE Marauders Grabs Lead In Fifth Inning For Victory Over Johannesburg-Lewiston

OE Marauders snagged a late lead and defeated Johannesburg-Lewiston 7-5 on Saturday. The game was tied at four with OE Marauders batting in the bottom of the fifth when Ashland Particka singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run.
Johannesburg-Lewiston got things started in the first inning. Crandell drove in one when Crandell singled.
Olivia Burt earned the victory on the rubber for OE Marauders. The righty went six innings, allowing four runs on four hits, striking out five and walking one. Gracie Schultz threw one inning in relief out of the bullpen. Schultz recorded the last three outs to earn the save for OE Marauders.
