In game 2 of the double-header, OE bounced back to earn a 6-2 win over Chesaning.
Chesaning opened up the scoring in the first inning, scoring 2 runs on back-to-back doubles. O-E was able to take the lead back in the 3rd inning, scoring 3 runs on 3 hits, a walk, and a hit by pitch. The Marauders were able to score 1 run in each of the next 3 innings, while limiting Chesaning the rest of the way.
Carson Gregory earned the victory on the mound for O-E. The righthander lasted all seven innings, allowing five hits and two runs while striking out six.
O-E totaled 12 hits in the game. Tyler Bancroft and Jacob Tomasek each collected three hits to lead O-E at the plate.
