The Junior Varsity Lady Marauder basketball team came out flat and never really got things going against a stout Chesaning team. The Indians were able to turn the Marauders over early and often and jumped out to a 26-13 halftime lead. The Marauders struggled to get anything going offensively and the Indian press turned into several easy buckets. The Maruaders were held to their lowest scoring total for the year. The loss marks the first of the season for the Marauders. They are 5-1 (1-1) in the MMAC. Next up, the ladies travel with the boys JV to Durand on Thursday, December 19, at 5:30.
