Our Saturday tournament was at Eaton Rapids. Ovid Elsie had a great day playing volleyball. We came out strong beating Charlotte in 2 sets. Both games were very close and required a lot of smart court sense to win the game. Our second game was against BC Saint Phil which was had to step our game up against their big hitters. We fell short but played a great game. Our next game was Lansing Christian and we played very hard and had the best defensive game of the weekend. It put us into the Silver Bracket as the 3rd place team where we had to play Eaton Rapids to advance to the championship game. We had a great first set where our Senior Braylon served 9 points in a row. We held on tight but ended up losing the last 2 sets finishing us 3rd in the Silver Bracket.
