Once the dust settled from the boys' race, the girls stepped up to the starting line in what promised to be an extremely competitive race. Ovid-Elsie entered the final conference meet tied with Chesaning and the title of conference champs would come down to this third and final conference matchup. The O-E girls put forth a gritty team effort to edge out a young and very talented team from Chesaning. This allowed the Marauders to secure their fourth straight MMAC Conference Championship! Leading the way for Ovid-Elsie was junior Clarissa Baese with a time of 20:43, followed by teammates Kendal Tokar 21:50, Madalynn Bushard 22:58, Piper White 23:15, Audrey Bensinger 23:32, Ava Juhas 24:18, Dana Juhas 24:21, Hannah Koutz 24:55, and Katelyn Wright 29:52. 

Earning first team all-conference honors for the girls were Kylie Mausolf (Birch Run), Clarissa Baese (Ovid-Elsie), Kendal Tokar (Ovid-Elsie), Chloe Koskinen (Birch Run), Leah Theile (Chesaning), Ally Andres (New Lothrop), and Makayla Reiber (Chesaning).

Earning second team all-conference honors were Lexy Andres (New Lothrop), Alonna Shack (Chesaning), Ruby Gross (Chesaning), Madalynn Bushard (Ovid-Elsie), Ali Hunt (New Lothrop), Mary Baxter (LakeVille), and Piper White (Ovid-Elsie).

Earning honorable mention were Aiyanna Willis (Birch Run), Ava Juhas (Ovid-Elsie), Isabella Nalewyko (Montrose), Alivia Menges (Montrose), Dana Juhas (Ovid-Elsie), Brooke Springer (Chesaning), and Audrey Bensinger (Ovid-Elsie).
