Ovid-Elsie improved to 15-6 on the season and earned a spot in the District finals Friday night with a 51-31 win over Durand.
Caitlyn Walter paced the Marauders with 21 points and 6 steals while Lauren Barton chipped in with 17 points and 8 rebounds.
“I thought we got off to a good start tonight,” said Head Coach Ryan Cunningham. “We wanted to play with some intensity and energy and I thought we did that especially early on.”
Onie Rademacher added 4 points for the Marauders, Madison Cunningham 3 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists, and Kalista Bancroft, Kiah Longoria and Braylon Byrnes each chipped in with 2 points each.
Ovid-Elsie will face Chesaning Friday night for the District championship. The Indians beat OE twice in the regular season. Game time is slated for 7 p.m. at Chesaning.
