On Thursday 1/19 we traveled to Montrose to face the Rams. We got out to a good start leading 12-0 at the end of the first quarter. We had some good ball movement and we didn't force shots in the 2nd quarter to take a 26-11 lead into the half. Everyone played in the first half. There wasn't much to say to the team at halftime as we were playing pretty well and we took care of the ball with only 7 turnovers in the first half which is about half our average this season. We had a strong 3rd quarter to take a 44-20 lead into the final stanza. This was a good game for us because everyone scored in this game. Some guys that normally get a lot of playing time didn't play as much but in games like this I feel its important to get some of the guys that don't see a ton of playing time when the game is close to get more time. We were fortuate to come away with a 52-25 victory.
