Over break we traveled to Ithaca for an all boys triple header. Our Freshman team came out victorious with a bucket at the buzzer to win by 1. For our game it was a slow first half and we went into halftime down 32-21. We had a nice chat at halftime and came out with our best 3rd quarter of the year. We fought hard and eventually took the lead, however the game became very tight and we ended up with the ball with a chance to win in regulation. Our shot did not fall so we were headed to overtime tied at 46. In overtime we had plenty of chances to take the game over but after the 4 minute period we were once again tied at 50. Onto overtime number 2. We ended up running out of gas and lost 55-58. To lead OE was Javen Belill with 15 points, 4 rebounds and 6 stels, Clayton Fruchey with 10 points, 5 rebounds, 5 assists and 5 steals. Braxton O'Bryant had 10 points and 12 rebounds to go with 3 steals. Jake Bowen with 9 points, 17 rebounds and 3 steals.Joe Bancroft had 6 points to go with 7 boards. To round out hte scoring for OE was Clay Powell with 3 points and Mikey Bancroft with 2 points.
