On Thursday 12/15 we traveled to Chesaning, losing 49-67. We battled until the end but came up short. We had 3 players that were out sick and didn't travel with the team and 4 out of our 5 starters were sick during the game. Clayton Fruchey led us in scoring with 10 points, 4 rebounds and 7 steals, Braxton O'Bryant battled through foul trouble and ended up with 9 points and 8 rebounds, Tucker Loynes came down from the varsity team and had a rough night with 8 points and 8 rebounds, Jake Bowen had 6 points and 7 boards, Kaleb Veith came back and ended with 5 points and 3 rebounds. Javen Belill had 4 points, 7 rebounds and 4 steals on the night, Ben Wildes and Mikey Bancroft each had 3 points and Daniel Topping ended with 1 point. this was a tough game for us battling sickness, we ended up having four freshman come up and play one quarter each with us. I thought even though Hunter Long and Nolan Rasch didn't score they played solid defense for us. We travel to Durand on Monday 12/19 in another tough league game.
