NEW LOTHROP HIGH SCHOOL: 23
The boys JV Marauders overcame a very sloppy and slow first half to pull out a win against New Lothrop. The first half of this game was a turnover fest, as OE struggled to figure out the zone defense of NL. Things began to change in the second half. The Marauders received timely baskets in the 3rd quarter by Mason Ritenburg and Brayden Ormes to help push the lead. Dom Kline played great defense off of the bench as well.
Hopefully the sloppy play was due to the winter break and does not become something this team has to consistantly overcome.
