Boys Varsity Cross Country vs. Chesaning Union HS School

While slightly damp, it was a beautiful day for running at the Showboat Park in Chesaning. The Marauder Boys showed what weeks of hard work can do by posting a strong result at the conference meet. The team reduced its score from the last conference meet while having 3 boys break 20 minutes. Two of whom, Leavitt and Gavenda, for the first time this season. However, great times were had up and down the lineup. It’s performances like this that show the talent that this team is ready to show to the area. While we won’t be vying for the conference title, I see no reason why we shouldn’t dream of making moves to try and fit into the top 3.
The following athletes ran their Personal Records today: Ryan Gavenda, Dalton Love, Christian Schmidtfranz, Coleten Towsley, and Cole Workman. These athletes ran their best race of the season today: Gage Kvalevog, Gavyn Leavittt, Justin Prewitt, and Luke Spitzley. Congrats to our Marauder Boys!
