Marauders took an early lead in the first inning. Arika Hines threw a wild pitch allowing one run across the plate for the Marauders.

Marauders evened things up at five in the bottom of the third inning. Gracie Schultz doubled on a 1-2 count, scoring two runs. 

 Montrose took the lead for good with one run in the fourth inning. In the fourth Hines his a solo homer. 

Marauders notched three runs in the third inning. Marauders big bats were led by Maddisyn Miller and Schultz, all sending runners across the plate with RBIs in the inning. 

Montrose scored three runs in the second inning. Buffinton and Hines all contributed in the big innings with RBIs. 

Olivia Burt took the loss for the Marauders. The pitcher surrendered seven runs on 15 hits over seven innings, striking out six. 

Marauders racked up nine hits in the game. Miller, Schultz, and Burt all had multiple hits for the Marauders. Miller led Marauders with three hits in three at bats. Marauders was sure-handed in the field and didn't commit a single error. Ashland Particka had the most chances in the field with six. Marauders stole 11 bases during the game as three players stole more than one. Burt led the way with three.
