What a great night for volleyball. Ovid-Elsie came out strong winning the first set 25-10. The girls were communicating, moving, covering, being aggressive at the net and were digging balls so well. Then Chesaning came back out fighting and took the second set 25-14 making us tie 1 and 1 sets. The girls knew it was time to focus and put all our hard work together, pick up after a loss and play like they know how. Ovid-Elsie wanted to win the first conference game so bad. They came out in the 3rd set and was behind most of the set but pushed and played their hearts out to take the 3rd set 25-22. They dig down deep inside to pull out enough energy to come out and play their hearts out for the 4th set. This set truly showed their strengthns and determination, by winning the 4th set 25-15. They secured that 1st conference win and they were over the moon. First time beating Chesaning since Coach Miller became varsity coach. It was a great feeling all around. Both teams played such a great game! 

Top Players were Senior Kalista Bancroft Outside Hitter with 12 kills, 3 blocks, 10 digs and a serving average of 80%. Senior Kyran Tyler had a great night in the back row as our Defensive Specialist with 14 digs. Senior Braylon Byrnes our Setter had 17 digs, 4 aces, 5 kills and 13 assists.
